Mission: We empower students by providing them a community that supports their pathways to higher education in STEM, through mentorships, academic programs, and interactive workshops.

Vision: Provide student populations in Washington State with educational support and tools to create innovative solutions as they become the next leaders in STEM.

All MESA students collaborate with the MESA Director and the MESA Faculty Sponsor on a personalized student success plan to support their success at Highline College and beyond.

Our goal is for students to excel academically and successfully transfer to four-year institutions as STEM majors, and navigate career and employment opportunities.
